Privacy Policy

Tuxedo Panic collects no data. Not anonymously, not in aggregate, not at all. There is no account, no sign-in, and no analytics framework, advertising identifier, crash-reporting service or tracking of any kind in the app.
1. What the app collects
Nothing. Tuxedo Panic does not collect, transmit, store on our behalf, sell, or share any personal information.
On Apple’s App Store privacy disclosure, this corresponds to “Data Not Collected”.
2. What stays on your device
The app saves a few things so it behaves sensibly next time you open it: your best score and the local top-ten table, the names you type beside those scores, whether sound and haptics are on, and a count of how many runs you have played so the tutorial stops appearing.
All of it is written to the app’s own storage on your device. It is never transmitted to us, and we cannot see it. Deleting the app deletes it, and you can clear the score table yourself at any time from Settings → High scores inside the game.
3. Tracking
Tuxedo Panic does not track you. It does not use Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework, because it has nothing to ask permission for. There is no advertising SDK and no third-party analytics in the app.
4. Permissions
Tuxedo Panic requests no permissions at all — no camera, microphone, location, photos, contacts, notifications or Bluetooth. If your device ever prompts you for one on this app’s behalf, something is wrong and we would like to hear about it.
5. Network
Tuxedo Panic makes no network requests at all. The whole game — code, artwork and typefaces — ships inside the app and runs from your device. There is no server, no backend, no leaderboard service and no content delivery network behind it. It plays identically in Airplane Mode, because there is nothing for it to reach.
6. Children
Tuxedo Panic is safe for children to play. It collects nothing, shows no advertising, contains no purchases, and has no chat, messaging or social features.
7. If you contact us
If you email hello@novakplay.com we will have your email address and whatever you choose to put in the message. We use it only to reply to you. We do not add it to a mailing list — there is no mailing list. Correspondence is kept only as long as it is useful for support, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
8. Purchases
If Tuxedo Panic is offered for a price, your purchase is handled entirely by Apple under Apple’s own privacy policy. We receive only anonymised, aggregated sales reports from Apple, which do not identify individual customers.
9. Changes
If this policy ever changes, the revised version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
